Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

We will refund your deposit if a cancellation is made before 14 days prior to arrival date.

For Christmas and New Year packages, we will refund your deposit if a cancellation is made before 30 days prior to arrival date or if the room is relet.

No deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date unless we relet the room.

There will be a charge of 1 nights accommodation if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival date unless the room is relet.
