All our rooms are individually priced and can be found on our 'rooms' page
All prices are per room, per night (except Christmas and New Year) and include complimentary Punch Bowl cream tea upon arrival, early morning tea or coffee, a full Cumbrian breakfast and VAT.

Check in time is from 3.00pm. Check out time is before 11.00am. Rates are subject to change by the management.
Please note we do not have any dog friendly rooms.
Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of £75.00 per room is required on booking to secure your reservation. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made within 3 days of the date of your arrival, or if you fail to arrive, you will be charged the full rate of the accommodation for the duration of the booking.
Our policy does apply during bad weather. We strongly recommend you have travel insurance to cover yourself in case of cancellation.
